The Field Notes sheet allows for discrete and compact note-taking.

The Field Notes file provides you field to write:

Date, Day of Week, name of observers, Start and end times,
location name, entry and exit times, room dimensions, and incremental observation times.
Be sure to record observations that may be unique to this location like: Large windows opened, or most people smoking in the back room area, or great beer.

 

• Print the file notes and fold in half.
• Continue to fold the panels in half to create a single panel
